Exhausted. Suffering burnout and a mental breakdown. My spirit finally broke too.
Why am I depressed? Why is my body tense, heavy and weak? Why do I want to isolate myself?

Necessity is the mother of invention
The Mankind360° method started as basic survival actions not to end my own life. Acceptance of a new mindset to start with moments and just one day at a time.
To pour the alcohol away. To go outside in nature, sunlight and start exercise by walking. To move the muscles, shoulders, neck, face and to feel my body. To practice smiling. To get nutrients into the body to help heal the stress damage I had inflicted on myself and to reignite some energy flow.
We are born with no instructions
I needed to learn how to re-think and re-programme my mind to live again. To apply a 360° holistic way of thinking: To analyse all aspects of health and wellbeing. Researching the mind, body and spirit needed to become natural. Living needed to be natural!
It was essential to consult and compare the different experts. To consider traditional with holistic, science with religion and all the well-being data. To personalise it to me, my age, my identity, my values and understand how I felt inside.
Experimenting and testing naturally evolved and the learning and benefits gained momentum.
Healthy ingredients became a meal. Breathing became calmness. Sleep became peaceful. A smile became a laugh. A walk became a jog. A shop visit became an opportunity for a social moment. A spark of optimism was lit.

In one week, I’ll be guiding you through 40 sessions of self discovery.
Natural conversations about our rules, limiting beliefs, fears, demons, potential, dreams, past traumas, etc. These form part of the story or philosophy we tell ourselves within our 80,000 daily thoughts.
Understanding why nature needs us to store our negativity ? Why does the brain and the body both store memories? What is the mind, body and spirit connection?
To understand the coping mechanisms, habits and belief systems our minds develop. To understand the body has 40,000 neuron brain like cells in the heart. To learn your central nervous system, gut and sex organs will all secretly influence your actions releasing hormones and emotional responses. To understand we have an adult, mammal and child brain all operating independently and why they can either help or sabotage us.
